Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve Guardian AI services. Conversations and documents are encrypted (AES-256) and stored securely. Your data never trains AI models.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use enterprise-grade infrastructure with 99.97% uptime. Per-domain API key isolation ensures your workspace is private.

4. Your Rights

You can export or delete your data at any time. After account cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted. We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.
