1. Service Description

Guardian AI is an AI-powered assistant platform providing chat, code generation, website scanning, voice commands, and browser automation. Services are provided on a credit-based system.

2. Accounts & Credits

Free accounts receive 50 credits per month. Pro ($29/mo) and Enterprise ($99/mo) plans include additional credits and features. Unused credits do not roll over. Credits are non-transferable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Guardian AI for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or to attempt to reverse-engineer our systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Cancel anytime with one click. No cancellation fees. Refund requests after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

Guardian AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
